Badri is a seasoned Business CFO with over 25 years of extensive expertise spanning Strategy, Driving Enterprise valuation, Fundraising, Reporting and Budgeting.
During his tenure at Ad2pro Media Solutions, Badri played a pivotal role in the company’s operations, contributing not only to finance but also to HR, Operations, and Sales support. His collaboration with the CEO was instrumental in elevating the company from a 30-member team to a formidable organization of 1100 people, culminating in its acquisition by Deloitte Digital.
Now, at MASIN, Badri assumes leadership of the Finance function, poised to support the CEO in the expansion of the company into new territories such as Europe and America. His wealth of experience and sharp business acumen promise to be invaluable assets to MASIN as it navigates its current growth trajectory.
Nikhil Tiwari brings 12 years of extensive experience in Business Development, specializing in Contracts & Claims Advisory and Arbitration strategy. He focuses on EPC disputes across diverse sectors including Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Building, Power, and Renewable projects across global regions such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, UK, EU, and Asia. Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Primavera (P6), Nikhil is adept at navigating complex business landscapes and delivering strategic solutions.
Michael brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the legal field, having worked with prestigious solicitors’ firms, barristers’ chambers, and legal consultancies across the UK, Europe, and international jurisdictions including Dubai, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Specializing in various areas such as construction, commercial law, planning, and property, he has a proven track record of success. Mr. Udyan has over 25 years of experience in Accounting Finance and Taxation overseeing MIS, Budget / Project Accounting, he has effectively coordinated with SAP, Oracle to have the Implementation done as a key functional coordinator from Finance & Accounts in the EPC and IT Sectors.
Mr. Katara is also qualified as Oracle 11i Functional Consultant in FICO Module, he was sponsored by Bechtel to be trained in FA ( Fixed Asset Module) in an Oracle 11i environment at the Companies US Based Office in Phoenix Arizona USA. He successfully returned and implemented the Fixed Asset module for Indian Finance operations which enabled Integration of all Oracle Modules and Automatic generation of FA entries.
