Recognised in the Lexology Index as a Construction and Consulting Expert, he has supported clients and contractors across real estate, infrastructure, oil and gas, marine, power, airports, and heavy civil sectors worldwide. He has played a key role in expert planning advisory on complex, multi-million-dollar disputes and has supported all stages of legal proceedings, including claims, defences, and impact assessments. Panos holds BEng and MEng degrees in Civil Engineering, an MSc in Project Management and Business Development, and an MBA.
