Our expertise includes, but is not limited to, providing evidence on aspects of delay, quantum, variations, civil and structural engineering, welding, piping, solar panels, road and rail tunnel ventilation, corrosion, thermal systems, and nuclear power plants.

Our experts have been repeatedly instructed in various disputes involving engineering and construction, as well as other specialized matters such as shareholder disputes and bilateral and multilateral investment treaty arbitration.

Our lead experts have testified before tribunals and judges across institutions such as ICC, DIAC, SIAC, LCIA, QICCA, ADCCAC, ad hoc tribunals, DIFC Courts, and the Civil Courts of England, the USA, and Malaysia. They are appointed to prepare main expert reports, joint expert reports in coordination with the opposing party’s experts, and rebuttal/reply reports. Our lead experts also have experience being cross-examined by counsel and participating in hot-tubbing with the opposing party’s experts in front of a tribunal or judge.
