Sourabh Rahangdale joins the team as a Senior Consultant, bringing six years of diverse experience across leading organizations in the infrastructure, energy, and consulting sectors. He has worked with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, contributing to contract management, claims support, and commercial governance for large-scale Thermal Power project for NLC & BHEL. At Adani Enterprises Limited, he led end-to-end procurement and techno-commercial functions in the thermal power and coal mining sectors, managing multimillion-dollar spends and driving significant savings and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this, Sourabh delivered key project and contract management outcomes at Shapoorji Pallonji. His expertise spans contract drafting, procurement strategy, supplier management, dispute resolution, O&M contracts, and digital supply chain systems. Sourabh holds a PGP in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune, and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, with strong proficiency in SAP, ARIBA, project planning tools, and data analytics.
