At a Big 4 consulting firm, he advised governments, Fortune 500 companies, and global institutions including the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. His mandates spanned growth strategy, market expansion, and M&A across Asia. As National Head at a healthcare-skilling venture, he scaled the business nationally with 35% YoY growth, launched proprietary technology platforms, and expanded the organization through FOFO and FOCO operating models. He started his career managing execution across $25B+ oil, gas, and infrastructure projects with Reliance Industries, Petrofac, and Fernas Constructions across India and MENA – an experience that shaped his operating philosophy that strategy matters only when execution scales.
