Joseph J. Jaskulski is a senior mechanical engineer and independent expert witness with over 40 years of experience across power generation, infrastructure and large-scale construction projects. A Licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator, he has led and delivered multi-billion-dollar capital programs and managed over 1,000 MW of generating capacity internationally. Joe regularly provides expert testimony in arbitration, state and federal courts, and regulatory proceedings on matters involving plant performance shortfalls, construction defects, energy disputes, fire and explosion investigations and insurance claims. His expertise spans conventional and renewable generation technologies, project finance, asset management and root cause investigations. He is widely recognised for combining technical depth with commercial and financial insight.
