Sanjay Varma is a Master Mariner and maritime expert witness with over 30 years of experience in marine operations, casualty investigation and port safety. With 17 years of sea service up to Master, he has sailed on VLCCs, OBOs and multi-purpose vessels before transitioning into marine consultancy and regulatory roles.
