Matthew Fergusson-Stewart is an internationally recognised whisky and spirits specialist with extensive experience across brand development, commercial strategy and spirits education in the Asia-Pacific region. He has held senior leadership roles in the global spirits industry, including Regional Brand Ambassador for William Grant & Sons and Chief Marketing Officer at The Whisky Store. Matthew has deep technical knowledge of whisky production, classification and authentication, and has provided expert analysis in disputes involving alleged counterfeit or misrepresented whisky products. He is widely recognised as a thought leader in the spirits industry, having developed education programmes such as The Whisky Academy and contributed extensively to international spirits events, judging panels and industry publications.
