Clinton has extensive experience auditing inspection records, verifying non-destructive testing results and assessing contractor compliance with industry standards. He also conducts root cause failure investigations and provides technical analysis to support dispute resolution and safety assessments in industrial facilities. His expertise helps organisations ensure the safety, reliability and regulatory compliance of critical process equipment. His key focus areas include RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) and PSM compliance; damage mechanisms and metallurgy (trained by DuPont materials consultants); welding program development (formerly the “Welding Champion” for the DuPont Belle site); and code-compliant repairs. He is certified in API 510, 570, 653, and STI SP001.
