Colin Marshall is a highly experienced civil engineer and dispute resolution specialist with more than five decades of experience in international infrastructure and construction projects. He has worked extensively on major projects across developing and developed markets, advising governments, contractors, consultants and international funding agencies on contract administration, procurement and dispute resolution. Colin has served as an arbitrator, adjudicator, dispute board member and mediator on numerous international construction disputes, many involving FIDIC-based contracts. His expertise spans claims analysis, contract interpretation and project management for large infrastructure works including highways, airports and public utilities. His combination of engineering and arbitration expertise enables him to provide authoritative opinions in complex construction disputes.
