Dragan B. Karović is an Automotive Technical and Vehicle Assessment Expert with over 22 years of experience in automotive after-sales operations, warranty management, dealer network development and service quality assurance. He holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belgrade and is a Court Expert registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia. He has served as a Court Expert since 1996 and specialises in motor vehicle assessments, a field in which he has completed more than 1,400 assessments involving passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and heavy trucks. Dragan has extensive experience with Volkswagen Group brands, including Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Porsche, Bugatti and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. As a former Volkswagen Warranty Auditor trained in Germany, he has conducted warranty and dealer audits, reviewed warranty claims, assessed compliance with OEM standards and supported complex technical investigations. His expertise includes vehicle defect analysis, damage assessment, vehicle valuation, warranty disputes, service process auditing and expert opinions for courts and dispute resolution. He is also a licensed mediator and has authored four technical vehicle repair manuals.
