Overview
John Halcrow has built a 45-year career in the maritime industry, beginning as a marine engineer and, over the past two decades, developing into a specialist marine consultant, surveyor and expert witness within the highly regulated offshore support sector. He brings a uniquely detailed understanding of the offshore energy, towage, offshore support and marine construction industries, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound commercial awareness and extensive project management experience. John is an ISM Lead Auditor, an IMCA-Accredited Vessel Inspector, and serves as Lead Examiner for the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers’ Offshore Support Industry programme.
